Highly responsive and helpful. Jonathan Olinger seemed like a good individual to deal with.
Very friendly and spent a bunch of time to get right car, just to find out that they want to sell $25k over the sticker price of the car, due to market conditions. Could have saved a bunch of time had that been disclosed upfront.

Sales process was fine but dealer follow up was disorganized and sloppy.
Each person contacted responded quickly. Unfortunately the price to purchase was out of my goal in obtaining the SUV. I realize the pandemic has caused car values to increase but to go over the MSRP by that much and give low end trade in value is not something I’m interested in doing. However I did love the SUV features and color.
Picking up car tomorrow. Outstanding job by Scott Halpern in guiding the long distance process with superb communication. Excited to meet in person.

They were friendly and communicated well. Unwilling to negotiate on price though, and tried to stick me with a high interest rate. Only came down on it when I applied for financing myself and showed them what I knew I could get with my credit score.
