Took my 2014 GLK-350 in for a routine maintenance yesterday. From the gentleman who greeted me & escorted me to my service rep to the lady who is at your service in the customer lounge & everyone in-between, total professionalism & friendliness! My dealings with MB of Melbourne go back to 2005 when I bought my first Mercedes from them (my 4th MB). I have always received excellent service. Although I was disappointed when "my salesman" Hans was transferred to exclusively sell Porsche, the consistency of having the same service rep, Adam, has been the best part of our relationship.
I have purchased my last three cars from here and will only deal with this car center. I actually drive 90 minutes from Orlando as their service and customer service never fails. My former sales person had retired and yesterday I received the same top notch service as before from Ed Sears (Sales Mgr) and Chris Haney (Sales Rep) as ever before. This is the place where the true service is shown in everything they do. Look no further, this is your perfect Mercedes location!!
TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! ��� If I had the option to leave 0* stars I would!!!!! My work Sprinter had to get the SAME thing fixed 3 different times for a total of almost 2 months.... Because they couldn't fix it right the 1st time!...And I'm gonna have to bring in for a 4th TIME bc within 1 hour of getting it back it is broken again... (with the same damn problem!) WTF!!!!! Absolutely terrible when Mercedes can't even fix their own vehicles! ���
