The service department is top notch. My advisor Brian Cardin was extremely helpful and an all around great person. I highly recommend it!!
The service department professionals are always very helpful. They knew I have a toddler and needed a Courtesy Loaner that would accommodate us while my car was being serviced. If you're on the fence about buying a Mercedes, I can tell you that the service you receive after the sale makes you really glad you chose Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne.
Lovely people, easy to get information & they pay attention!
I scheduled an appointment for maintenance and when I arrived someone greeted me and was very helpful. My only complaint would be that the price they quoted was not the price on the invoice. There were miscellaneous charges for supplies and labor. Apparently the computer diagnostic is included but the labor to read it is extra. Really, that is very deceptive and appears to be unethical. What a great car buying experience. Josh Boudreau was so informative and professional. We had a hard decision between the Audi and the Mercedes and he never bashed the other car that we were contemplating or made us feel pressured in any way. The level of service and the experience was truly a pleasure. The financing with Andy was easy and moved along nicely. If all my car buying experiences were like this one over the years it would have been nice. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone.
