The service department is awful. You make an appointment for a certain time for an oil change and it takes two days to do it. You call for an appointment and they don’t call you back or they call the wrong number. Then when they do call you it takes another two days. Then they bring the car in and They don’t call to tell you when the car will be ready So. It takes another two days to change the oil. And we could not get this done until we called the manager. Bought a GLC right before we moved. Zack was terrific and found what we wanted and made the buying process quick.
