Hello, During my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne, my car was brought in via tow truck due to a lack of fuel issued situation. The service department was aware of this issue prior to me leaving the facility. After finally receiving my car under an immense wait time, leaving the dealership I noticed the lack of quality customer service and zero regards to their clients. My first visit to a dealer after purchasing a used C300 was amazing! I want to say thanks to the lady in parts and a gentleman in service for their help. I do my own service but prefer to use genuine parts where applicable and yall came through for me in alot of ways! I had reservations on wether they would provide what I needed but found nothing but total understanding and help. Im not going to be your biggest client but im your biggest fan right now.
