I dropped by to look at (not buy) an SLK350. Well, a few hours later, we were buying one. Mike, our salesman, was the most accommodating representative, very helpful, not pushy, very well informed. We came in the next day to sign the paperwork (we'd gone home to talk) and were out of the showroom inside an hour, their preparation was so complete and efficient.
I had a great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne yesterday. Much to my surprise my E350 battery was completely dead from the night before. After a call to MB roadside assistance, a technician arrived at my house within 30 minutes. The battery jump did not work, so the technician replaced the battery on the spot and in less than 1 hour from placing the call, my car was back up and running. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne for the outstanding customer service which was way beyond my expectations.
I had to go there to order a part for my car, and Matt in the parts department is awesome! Nice service nice place definitely a thumbs up!
I had a great experience yesterday. Not only was my breakfast great but they treated me like a queen. It started at being greeted at the door telling me who would be helping me with my year service check up to going up stairs and being waited on by the very sweet lady behind the counter. My service was less then I was quoted and took less time then I was told. After my car was washed the young man made small talk with me making me feel very welcome. Bottom line I was super happy.
