Well, last year's oil change was my first on my new ML. The tech forgot to tighten the oil filter and my engine seized. Horrific experience at a high rate of speed. This dealership wanted to replace my engine with a rebuilt one. I had 7000 miles on the car. I ended up having to purchase a new one bc no one on Earth would have given me the value of the car before this event. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MERCEDES BENZ, PORCHE, AUDI OF MELBOURNE. IF YOU ARE NOT A SAVVY CAR BUYER OR MECHANICALLY INCLINED. I HAVE HAD AT LEAST 3 EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST YEAR, AT DIFFERENT TIMES IN WHICH THEY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF. IN ONE INCIDENT ON A SERVICE CALL, THEY PURPOSELY PLANTED FOREIGN MATTER IN MY MB S CLASS THAT CAUSED MECHANICAL DAMAGE.... I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO PURCHASE OR HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! PLEASE SHARE...
