John Martinez was great to work with! This was just for a service on my car and I have no complaints, utmost respect and easy to work with. Car was cleaned and I was given a detailed list with future items that need to be addressed at next service.
The ladies upstairs in lounge area are very rude and should smile a bit..extremely rude...

Use to treat their high paying customers very well, now, make no mistakes about it their services are going down the sewer, what an embarrassment, they pretty much knocked out their snack bar when you sit there for over an hour waiting for your car to be cleaned, yea, I'm sure some very rich idiots slipped out with a few extra sandwiches, yea they took advantage, soooo #mercedesofmelbourne decided to take it out on all their overcharged, high paying clients, still love Mercedes vehicles, but the managers at Mercedes need to ... read more
