I brought my 2017 S class in for service and some other issues (broken windshield and a few other things). My car had to be in the service department for awhile and I was provided a wonderful loaner car. Matt Guiet had to coordinate many levels of service. Matt Guiet arranged to have my car brought to me today. Matt Guiet provides excellent service for his customers. He represents Mercedes well.
Not impressed with the customer service that I received.
I had to bring my Mercedes GL 450 in for service and left it for the day due to my hectic schedule, so arranged for a loaner car. When I arrived at the appointed time, both Don Shelton and my loaner car were ready for me. It was a pleasure working with Don because he kept me appraised of what was going on with my car and when it was ready via text.
