Large open area for seeing new cars. However, everyone is looking for a way to be outdoors and free to get away. You stopped selling Z4’s way way too early. It generally stays warm almost until December these days. I was told new would t be in for months. Convertibles would sell.
Tony worked with me on the entire process for the 10,000 mile routine service. I needed several items to be corrected while my GLE-350 was in the shop. Wonderful staff! Thank you 😊

Very professional and knowledgeable service staff. Any question I asked was answered. Very clean and inviting customer wait areas that always have snacks and beverages! Ms. Pat (Patricia) was very helpful, courteous and professional. I will definitely ask for her again for my next service!
I bought a 2018 Mercedes GLC 300 suv from Midhat Efendic. I couldn’t have had a better experience from any one else. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful from trying out the vehicle to purchase of it. Answered all my questions, fixed couple issues we had on vehicle and followed up with staying in touch to make sure we were pleased. I would recommend asking for Midhat if you are looking for a car from Mercedes of Des Moines. I also had great service and follow thru with service manager Ben Knudson.
We enjoyed working with Setnu who was very helpful and patient as we had lots of questions.
