RecommendedService is so easy, they will come get you, or deliver your car to you. There has always been a loaner available when I bring mine in. Corey Peters is my service guy and I have no complaints. Vehicle is always hand washed and ready when they promise.
Absolutely the WORST! From the gal answering the phones to the GM, Sean! My Mercedes was in the service department for almost 4 months, never received updates from our service manager, we had to call or just show up to get any updates. They ended up having to just buy my car out because they couldn't get it fixed (they blew the engine) and now we are receiving calls saying they still haven't paid our loan off! AVOID this dealership at ALL cost!

We have a 2017 Sprinter Van. I have called 3 times trying to get information on resetting the tire pressure monitoring system. To date I have been promised info 3 times and 3 times I have been left waiting, and no info shows up. I am now looking for a different option.
Easy to get a service appt. Work performed same day. They kept me informed throughout the day.
Have less customers or more technicians ! The service that I received was one of the worst yet. $275.00 for change of oil? Are you kidding me?
I had to bring my S500 in for service the gentlemen name Mike helped me with what needed to be done to my car.
