RecommendedVery easy, staff here is awesome friendly and wear masks. Lounge is outdoors and WiFi is free as you wait for your vehicle! I feel like my sprinter is cared for !

These guys valued my trade at $2500 less than Mercedes of Denver. Would not do business here unless you just like throwing money away. The service was much better across town too.
A bit awkward/annoying that I now know more about Sprinter service than I cared to know. To say the least I don’t think those service desks should be colocated with the customer service waiting area.
Service tech called me and we discussed my vehicle's problem. He told me it would cost me $3300 to repair, and was not covered under warranty. I then spent half an hour on Sprinter-source.com and verified that dozens of other owners with the same problem had their issues repaired under warranty. I called the tech back and explained this to him, at which point he told me he'd do some more research and get back to me. When he called me back, he told me it was indeed covered under warranty. Mike was professional, and courteous and mostly important timely. Great job by service dept.
Thanks for the follow up and great communication about a new GLE. I especially appreciated the call on Monday after telling me you couldn’t possibly speak to me on Saturday because you had so many appointments. Oh and the the way you value a customer who’s bought multiple cars from you. Just kidding. None of that happened.
