Learn basic maintenance techniques like adding transmission fluid after a flush and radiator fluid after a bottom hose replacement. I think that would help!!! That and treating customers with respect when their service department makes catastrophic errors. Accepting responsibility and not victim blaming. Yeah, I'd probably start there.
Mike Hill is a very friendly, competent, service professional; and the service was faster and less expensive than expected. We expected top-notch service and Mike delivered in spades!
Don't go here! Brought our car in for a recall repair and they broke our blinkers and told us we get to pay $1000 for the repair. What a joke. Low class. Make a mistake, fix it.

Good experience with the Sprinter service.
I had my 2017 service where MBL replaced the O-Rings of the Inlet and Outlet of the Turbo Charger Coolant Lines. This fixed the Turbo leak and the coolant fluid leak. MBL provided a great loaner and Corey Peters and the Mechanic Team did and excellent job. They have a very Happy Customer
