I was car shopping this month, something I really don’t like to do at all, and I must say that Jacob Baker from Mercedes-Benz Bellevue made the whole experience actually very enjoyable! He was professional, informative and not pushy whatsoever. I really felt he was genuine, honest and was really trying to do right by me. The GM and Ashley from financing were also fantastic. Excellent service as always. Very quick to respond to my phone calls. Corrected an invoice that I thought was incorrect. Always very respectful of the customer.
