I went to purchase a GL450. I walked the lot for 30 minutes; however no one greeted me or came to assist me. Meanwhile another couple completed 2 test drives during my time there. A sales person checked out a car next to me but never greeted me or offered help. I've been watching two GL450's on this lot for several weeks and made up my mind to purchase today but was unable.

Our Mercedes Sprinter chassis RV broke down on the first day of vacation and 300 miles from home. Their awesome service department got us back on the road faster than expected, and the waiting room is excellent.

Let me say that I love my E-350. I do. But I was a little disappointed recently when my wife brought her in for a scheduled service, and mentioned that the sun visor isn't staying up the way it should, and rather than fix the damn thing, and say "these things happen Mrs Ryan,but that's not the way it looks or feels to ride in a Mercedes Benz, we will get it taken care of", she was simply quoted the book rate for the approximate time to repair it, which was by the way $450.
