I will never buy anything from this dealership again. If you can't take care of a family purchasing a used vehicle for their teenage child, then you don't deserve my business when the family is purchasing a family car. I would expect these issues from a shady corner used car lot, surely not from a name like Mercedes. I have had my C300 serviced here a few times and while it wasn't bad the customer service experienced definitely has lacked from a few staff members. However, today was a horrible experience. I had a 9:30 appointment to get ONE tire replaced. I waited for over TWO hours to be told the tire was not in stock! It should not have taken two hours for me to know. I bought a used Jeep Cherokee from this dealership and was treated like I bought a brand new Mercedes with all the bells and whistles. I drove 3 hours to purchase my Jeep and the sales team led by Bobbi and Charles helped line things up ahead of time. Then afterwards Bobbi made sure to check back on anything that I needed (which I did need some help on paperwork details). Outstanding customer service and excellent staff at this dealership and which I can not recommend more highly.
