Did a great job on getting my car out
I've always had excellent service from this team. My work schedule is tough and they have always gone above and beyond. I'm on my 5th MB and will purchase my next one here as well.
Well, I have been a customer for over 15 years now, and I usually use a certain Service Associate, but unfortunately he was off on Saturday when I had a tire issue with my car. The young man who assisted me took very, very good care of me, and I am very pleased with the service he provided so when my main Service Rep is not available, I now have a Second-in-Command!! Thanks for taking great care of me as usual.
I have bought two Mercedes vehicles from MB of Augusta within the last 3 years and will never buy anything from there again. They are polite to sell but don’t care after the sale. Their service agents just care about hiking charges not about the customer. It’s a shame that if you buy a used car from them and something messes up the next day u are on your own. Maybe it is just me but two time I bought a car and the next day the dash and sunroof stops working and to fix it will cost $1500. I think I need to buy a car from a pl... read more
