I was treated very professionally. Austin Bell took very good care of me. I was in and out quickly both when I dropped off my car as well as when I picked up my car. Service was completed much quicker than I expected. They were professional and courteous. Look forward to future visits.

I will let you know if our stuff comes in as promised-especially since we already paid. However, I left a message about a recall the man, who waited on us, had mentioned. That call was Fri afternoon-so maybe he had the afternoon and today( Saturday) off-because he did not call me back to make arrangements. Perhaps he is waiting on someone to return a call on the parts-either way-my score will remain a 3 until the recall is done or I am told why.

I had a wonderful experience with Ben on Wednesday my car was ready in record time and even though I could not come back Wednesday I called let Ben know and there was no problem I brought back my loaner on Thursday morning my car was service, clean and ready to go a total green light experience
