We had a wonderful experience with Mercedes Benz of Alexandria. Larry picked us up at Reagan and we were on the road two hours later. They are a 5 Star first class operation!
We are beginning our 13th year of doing business with Mercedes Benz of Alexandria, and its just gets better. We have two M-B's, a C300 and an S550, and require mainly routine servicing because they are just really good cars. My most recent maintenance visit to Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria was easy and pleasant. I like to work with Xavier Martinez, who has offered attention to details and excellent communication in the past. He was as wonderful as always, getting me in even without an appointment and setting me up with a loaner car. I was able to get my car back later that day, with all of the work done, cleaned and ready to go.
