MB of Alexandria is the best MB dealership in the DMV. It's service department is first-class in every respect. Strongly recommend Service Advisor Jack Lindeman for his expert knowledge of MB services, but also because he listens to his customer and acts on issues without over-selling. He is honest and can be trusted to provide excellent service.

I usually work with Jack Lindeman, however, I was informed that he no longer works for Mercedes Benz of Alexandria. I was then introduced to Xavier and I was impressed with his commitment to help me out and to make sure everything was okay. Also, Bryan made sure I had a loaner that I liked! Everyone was just great even the gentlemen who approach you as soon as you arrive. Overall, I always have a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria.
