I feel my car is well taken care of when I have it serviced at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria. I know I can drive my GLK without fearing any problems. The service department is attentive and keeps you updated with texts.

RecommendedWe discovered that we had a flat tire due to a nail puncture over the NYE weekend and my husband took the car to Mercedes Benz of Alexandria on Jan. 2. Our vehicle was covered under a warranty that included wheel and tire protection. David Getachew was our service advisor and told us that he would be able to replace the tire the same day. David Getachew in the Service Dept. is the man! David has been our Service Advisor for all the maintenance needs (preventative n repair) of both of our SUVs. He kept us abreast of everything going on, what we needed, and the most effective and economical means to achieve them
David Getachew in the Service Dept. is the man! Actually, everyone in the Service department were great. David was our Service Advisor when we took the car in for a few minor things. He kept us abreast of everything going on, what we needed and worked to get us out in a timely manner. His demeanor and willingness to help was exceptional! Any and all questions we had were answered with professionalism and very thorough. We left feeling extremely comfortable and knowing this was going to be our new home for the Benz!
Unfortunately it has come to this..... had my 05 CL55AMG taken to the service center December 18th. January 2nd I am informed it is ready for pick up. Upon starting the car and inspecting I find 3 additional problems that were not present when I dropped the car off. I will post updates as this process continues...
