Had THE best service when I took my E Class in for service and a problem I was having. My service consultant, David, was outstanding. He explained what they were going to do, got me a loaner car, called me with a status update of when my car would be ready, and called when my service was complete. I will always take my car to MB of Alexandria...I highly recommend them for purchase and service. A+++++

It was easy to schedule my service appointment online and I was in and out of there swiftly. Great service! Great staff!!
Malik was great he got me in and handled my car with care. He got me over to the loaner service and within 30 mins I was back on the road. I didn't have to worry about anything and the time it took was pretty amazing. Before my car was done but prior to closing Malik called to give me an update and insure me that my car would be ready in the morning.
