My service advisor, David Stickle, replaced my former advisor and has simply been the best service advisor that I have dealt with since becoming a Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria customer. Great service from Cesar when I needed repairs done during a time when I was out of town. He kept me informed, and my car was ready when I got home. All repairs completed as expected.
Great experience all the time. The Service Advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to anyone in or around the DC area.

The service is excellent! Even the receptionist is trained and can help solve minor issues. I highly recommend Jack Linderman in service. He is a real pro and strives for perfection. I also enjoy the posh sitdown and wonderful coffee maker which prepares your double cappocino while you receive your loaner!
The Mercedes-Benz staff of Alexandria are the best people I've met. You are their top priority and this is what keeps me returning to this place. Words do not describe them in the fullest, you must just try them!
