Mercedes Benz of Alexandria has the best customer service. I thought I lost my car before because I couldn't find it & they went to the mall I was in & found my car for me. They also went to my house to fix my garage door opener button in my car. Their service is the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else but in Mercedes Benz of Alexandria. They're the best!
This a great dealership and the service department is excellent. My service rep, Chris McGane, is extremely helpful and very customer friendly. Highly recommend to all.
I recently took my 2014 Mercedes Benz into Mercedes Benz of Alexandria for scheduled maintenance. I received exceptional customer service from Xavier Martinez! I dropped my car off at 3:00 pm, got a loaner, and by the time I got home Xavier had called to say my car was ready. I really enjoy working with Xavier and the staff at MB of Alexandria!
