We normally work with Cesar and he is fabulous. He takes care of business. I never have to worry about standing around or poor service. I did not have this level of service at the prior dealership I went to. It is certainly employee driven. Take care of your employees and they will take care of your customers.
Recently I had work done on my Mercedes at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria. Once again I received outstanding service from my professional and attentive Service Rep, George Boatwright. He never disappoints me. He is a can do person, who fully explains the situation and takes the initiative to keep me informed of the status of my car. I highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Boatwright. It's great, too, to always have the same Rep.
Looking for a please explain! Car had a catastrophic electronics failure on the freeway. Towed to Sydney. Two significant checks were performed with wiring to the accelerator pedal replaced. A further check and service were performed due to my own concerns. Why is it today I had another catastrophic electronics failure on the freeway requiring the car to be towed back to Sydney. Twice my family has been put in harms way and twice I have narrowly missed a significant accident.

We have bought 2 Mercedes Benz from 2 different centers within the last 12 months. Alexandria is absolutely BEST IN CLASS and would highly recommend buying a car here. From the moment you walk through the front door , the entire team is professional and went above and beyond to assist.
