We were served by Jackson Hui today and after very average service by a salesman in Parramatta, we couldn't have been luckier. Jackson couldn't have been more helpful. He knew he everything and more about all the cars we looked at; he cleared up our confusion; gave great advice and was incredibly pleasant to deal with. Service department is excellent! From making an appointment to getting a loaner and the work done, everything goes very smoothly. This is the only place I’d take my car.
Absolutely appalling customer service. Car has since been returned more than 6 times in 12 months to be “fixed”. Car still has issues, and the dealership wants nothing to do with be issue. Buyers be ware, they will take your money and run

My visit to the service department was excellent. I drop-off my car to get the back taillight fix, without an appointment. Receive a loaner and my vehicle was serviced in the timeframe given. My service advisor was very professional and answered all the hard questions. The entire team at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria is professional and provided outstanding service.
