It was easy to schedule my service appointment online and I was in and out of there swiftly. Great service! Great staff!!
Malik was great he got me in and handled my car with care. He got me over to the loaner service and within 30 mins I was back on the road. I didn't have to worry about anything and the time it took was pretty amazing. Before my car was done but prior to closing Malik called to give me an update and insure me that my car would be ready in the morning. Mercedes Benz of Alexandria has the best customer service. I thought I lost my car before because I couldn't find it & they went to the mall I was in & found my car for me. They also went to my house to fix my garage door opener button in my car. Their service is the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else but in Mercedes Benz of Alexandria. They're the best!
