I've always had excellent service at the Alexandria MB service. I've always gotten a loaner when I needed one. My various service managers are too-notch, along with the mechanics. I love love Love the team at Mercedes of Alexandria and Mr George Boatwright. On Feb 10th while on Travel a Valet company in Philadelphia lost my keys and I was with out my car...They towed my car to Mercedes of Alexandria for new keys to be made and the team and Mr Boatwright expedited the process because I had to travel yet again the next week... I LOVE THIS TEAM. Thanks guys... I appreciate you all...
