The service is excellent! Even the receptionist is trained and can help solve minor issues. I highly recommend Jack Linderman in service. He is a real pro and strives for perfection. I also enjoy the posh sitdown and wonderful coffee maker which prepares your double cappocino while you receive your loaner!

I traded my 2008 E350 for a certified pre-owned 2014 E350. The best salesperson in the world, Rudy Shirley, took care of everything for me. All I had to do was pick out the car & sit back. Two weeks later the batteries in my smart key needed replacing. All I had to do was to call Rudy. He is so wonderful!! If you're interested in a certified pre-owned mercedes, call Rudy.
For a brand that is meant to be considered as 'high caliber', the Mercedes-Benz Alexandria dealership prides itself on THE worst customer experience journey. All that money spent on advertising to draw in the consumer to their product but then the team don't know how to nurture let alone speak to a client. What a shame.
My car is only 6 yrs old ..after a oil change and I left with paper they said I needed 4,000 worth of services that needed to be done on my car...one of them was to replace my battery .total cost for that 600.00 we went and bought one for my car and replaced it ourselves it cost less then 200.00 dollars ..most of the items we did on our own .it was alot less then what they were going to charge..I understand if you have a Mercedes and your paying for labor.. you should not worry about how much it costs for repairs. A friend just bought a car there and immediately discovered one of the tires was about to pop and both front tires need to be replaced. When she brought it to their attention they said she just have driven in a way that damaged the two tires.
