This location has great service. I am very pleased with my service adviser. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They make you feel amazing while your there and especially when you leave.

Didn't bother to reset the computer in my car so it still tells me I need A3 service that they just did. Wouldn't be a big deal except that I live 65 miles away and can't just "bring it back in."

I went in there for a safety inspection. They cracked my windshield! First they told me it was already cracked. I demanded to see the pictures they took of my vehicle when it was brought in and it clearly showed a clear and crack free windshield. Then I was told that it was an insurance issue and to get my insurance company to fix it. I am dissappointed in that outcome. I even had the manager (Mr John Linden) write a note on my receipt stating they are the ones who cracked my windshield. I sent an email to the General Manage... read more
