I own one of the few SLK 32 AMG models and even the mileage is only 55000 there are certain things that just get worn out. It happened to be the alarm system after a battery replacement that drove my neighbors and me crazy by going off at random. Mercedes fixed the problem and all is good again. After a Mercedes Benz dealership visit I always jokingly say "I got the best but most expensive car wash" .... The cars come back in pristine conditions. Every time I come to the Service Department at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria, the Service Department Staff always greet with a welcoming smile and professional service. My current Service Advisor is Jack and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. My dealings with Malik and Patrick have been equally pleasant.
