Jack (service) always provides great and friendly customer service.
George Boatwright.. excellent customer service each time I bring my vehicle in for services.
The several times that I've had to have my car serviced, I've received nothing short of 100% attentiveness, service performance, and professional courtesy from Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. Keep up the oustanding work!
Had THE best service when I took my E Class in for service and a problem I was having. My service consultant, David, was outstanding. He explained what they were going to do, got me a loaner car, called me with a status update of when my car would be ready, and called when my service was complete. I will always take my car to MB of Alexandria...I highly recommend them for purchase and service. A+++++
My recent visit was excellent. The process was smooth: dropped-off of the car, got a loaner, and my vehicle was serviced in the time promised. My service advisor, Charles Estelle, was very professional and answered all of my questions. The entire team at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria did an outstanding job,
