Mercedes Benz of Alexandria Service Center has the best service department by far. Everyone was so nice and friendly, and welcoming smiles on their faces. I usually schedule my service appointment online and timing is always great. My service advisor, George Boatwright is top notch! Very professional, easy going, follows up, and keeps me post throughout process via text or call. I highly recommend and give this dealership and George a +5.The service experience is always amazing!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst Mercedes dealer I've EVER been to. Rude people. Terrible customer service. Unhelpful. And it's even better that the owner will thank the people on Google reviews for their 5 stars but won't acknowledge ANY negative reviews in attempt to make customers experience better.
Hello, just want to say that I had a nice experience with the Alexendria Benz dealership. Malik was assigned as my advisor, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Glad to had met him.
USAA Customer goes in dealership and likes car. Then dealership is contacted by a representative to assist customer in purchasing because of medical issues customer has. Dealership goes around power of attorney sells car at outrageous profit against a government USAA customer that needed assistance to make choice. This happened here!! Attorney General is being contacted!!

I find Zac to be an outstanding customer service representative. He really knows the MB vehicles like he designed and built them. He knew the answers to my questions the first time. If the goal of MB of Alexandria is to build trust, loyalty, and confidence in the service department, Zac is leading the way. I particularly liked his follow up texts, even when he was off duty. This showed a dedicated and passionate professional that really enjoys his work.
