I previously visited MBA when my ML had the center drive shaft bearing fail on 495. I was towed to their facility and the repair was completed a day late, which was to be expected. When I got there, my truck was not outside. I asked about it and they pulled it around to the front and parked it. I was standing 10 feet from the vehicle when the tech hit a light pole. Best service center I've been in ever. From the intake bays, to the rep that took in my car, to the comfy and well stocked waiting area, this is a model facility for any dealership.
Had my S class in for service on Friday. Austen got me in an out. Also purchased an extended warranty from Debbie for a reasonable price with 0%apr
