RecommendedI have used Mercedes Benz of Alexandria on a couple of occasions since I purchased the car last May. They are all a very courteous staff, attentive, prompt and conveniently provide a loaner car if the time it takes to complete the service will be longer than an hour or so. MB of Alexandria is the best MB dealership in the DMV. It's service department is first-class in every respect. Strongly recommend Service Advisor Jack Lindeman for his expert knowledge of MB services, but also because he listens to his customer and acts on issues without over-selling. He is honest and can be trusted to provide excellent service.
