THE WORST customer service i have ever experienced in my entire life , service department diagnosed my car and quoted $2500 for timing chain + $285 diagnostic fee , i agreed even the price was to much i thought MB dealer must know what they are doing , so when i got there to pick up my car i met service adviser Taran G******* ( the most clueless person i have ever seen) he had no idea what he was doing , first he told me that they changed engine oil as well as entire timing chain with all parts , when i asked for paper work ... read more
Always excellent service needed to get a new tire to drive to my nephew 2d birthday party. I was in and out in no time and they even washed it 😎 Excellent service and love them!
