The dealership leadership is allowing sleezy salesman to destroy of Mercedes Benz brand. Tom, the General Manager at the dealership is aware of the practice of bait and switch, conducted by Patrick H, "internet sales manager" - and they do nothing about it. I have experienced some of the worst ethical practice a car salesman can display. They lied about the SUV being available, and they allow customer to bid up the price, so they can sell it, despite putting pricing online.
