I had a very similar experience as * ******* below. I experienced same Bait and Switch tactics from this dealer. I placed order for a brand new GLC 300 on 2/25/2018. Dealer informed me it will take few months for delivery. Since the car is made in Germany, I was fine waiting. Four months later two days before I had planned to take delivery, I found out that they ordered a car with WRONG packages. No apologizes at all. They offered me another car several thousand more. When I asked him to get information about what i paid to Mach no one give me answer! Damage to the car 3.800 dollars it’s what I paid for the lease 3 yers . Before you doing any business think where you money goes and how is control you .
