Frauds, Scammers, and thieves. You would be better off paying a drunk homeless man on the street to roll up his sleeves and take a wack at fixing your car before giving it to Mercedes-Benz Manhattan. I accidentally locked my keyfob in my car. It was my only set, so I contacted Triple-A to pop the door open. This caused the alarm to go off, even when I got the keyfob out I couldnt get the alarm to turn off. This location 770 11th Ave has been the best dealership I have ever been to. I have been doing business here more than a decade and it's a great dealership. This time around I had Glenn Visconti and Douglas Irvin who were patient and looked for what I wanted. Easy place to do business and best place to get Benz ! The maintenance staff is also very good( Octavio ) !
