Meraki Salon in Cambridge has become our regular spot for haircuts, and we couldn't be happier. The staff (Danielle & Louise) are consistently welcoming and understanding, especially when coordinating appointments for both my partner and me. They're also incredibly understanding with my baby, which is a huge plus as I navigate the haircut transition to being a mum. I’ve always been delighted with the service given here for both myself and my children. Staff offer patience, welcoming, kindness, new ideas, professional every single time. they all provide a very relaxing atmosphere where ideas can be discussed with positivity and opportunity to give feedback is always welcome - thank you Sue, Ruby and Eva
