Just a shop front for the pharmaceutical industry that offers no help other than medication. Waited about 1.5 years to be diagnosed over a short video call and instantly prescribed amphetamine. When I told them I didn't want to continue with drugs they pointed me to the ADHD UK website and discharged me without being able to offer further help. Don't waste your time with them and don't let them take advantage of you so they get rich while you get sicker.
I would like to share my experience to show a little bit of hope for others, who like me have been undiagnosed for over all my life until this year. Mental health and wellbeing has truly helped me, they have given me lots of advice and knowledge about adhd, they have explained everything to me and given me insight into my diagnosis and given me different options. They will not education you about ADHD, nor will they teach you to manage ADHD because they have no understanding of ADHD as well as no intention to help you learn about ADHD to learn to cope…. All they will do is feed you medication. They only know about prescribing medication, because they make money from giving out prescriptions. They are con artist and have no care for you….. if the did they would try to help you learn how to cope without medication.
This is nothing but a Dr Feelgood pill mill. They aren't interested in practicing real psychology. They are only interested in taking on cases where they are likely to receive a nice big kick back from the Walter Whites and Jessie Pinkmans masquerading as pharmaceutical companies.
