They will not education you about ADHD, nor will they teach you to manage ADHD because they have no understanding of ADHD as well as no intention to help you learn about ADHD to learn to cope…. All they will do is feed you medication. They only know about prescribing medication, because they make money from giving out prescriptions. To wait 2 years for the letters, to send back. Then to be told your not inthe right area. North Shropshire by text at 9.45pm on a friday you. Very unprofessional. All about the money 💰. Not even any advice on what to do!

From my experience, the communication at all levels was effective and professional. The admin team went above and beyond to listen and support; which simply adds to the high level of care provided. Dr.Mohamad's guidance, patience, knowledge, support and kindness has been transformational for my family.
Staff go out of their way to gain a holistic understanding of their clients and use this understanding to inform their support in a very meaningful way. A fantastic service.
