Had a night from hell. Did not appreciate the service here once I got to my room. Will not be using this hospital again.
This has been one of the best experiences of my life. In and out of several hospitals in the last few years and I believe the staff here are the most supportive, empathetic, caring, knowledgeable, passionate individuals who are not afraid to take their time, listen, seek out answers and not give up on achieving the goal of helping you find healing while controlling all factors. Out patient Check in clerk marlin was very respectable and helping the staff once in radiology was very helpful and kind. A great experience. Update... 4/25/17 Still very happy with the services my husband is having a hip replacement and we went for pre op check in and everything was explained with great detail our nurse patty was super nice and caring made us feel like a friend not a patient.
I'm here with overnight stay Rachel, Mandyand Missy were awesome they are taking exec Elle to care of me after my surgery Juan in food services was absolutely the best food was great as well
My general Dr (Luzania) practices from Town Plaza Midwest physicians on the 3rd floor of building C. It is very convenient for me to have everything in one place when needed.
We always go to the ER, we live like 3 minutes from Olathe Med and chose to drive to Menorah. Their staff is always fantastic and accommodating, also our PCP Dr Lisa Schnick has an office there. Nothing but positive things for this facility!
