Emergency room staff were professional, courteous and effective. I cannot believe how much they accomplished in a reasonably short period of time. I am very glad we went there.

If you have to see a doctor, this is where you want to go. Very organized and prompt. Doctors and nurses very compassionate.
The staff was wonderful, especially Edgar. This was my second stay in a year on 4th floor. All of the staff treat you with the utmost respect and kindness. When I needed help I never had to wait more than a few minutes. I recieved visits every day from the hospitalist or her assistant, and the specialist or his assistant. The communication between departments is lighting fast. The level of care on a general floor was comparible to a ICU in most hospitals.
