You know, I don't really have a lot of positive things to say right now about Menorah Medical in Overland Park. But what I can say is the truth of what happened to my Gma today, and it sure as shit wasn't the removal of her cancerous kidney... You forget to schedule the pre-surgery appt. You forget to even get the robot that's supposed to DO the surgery. You go ahead & prep for surgery anyways, IVs & the whole nine-yards, and THEN you send your patient & their family away, citing it as just a mix up & "oops, we'll get you in... read more
The photo that patient posted is enough of a reason. Wish the rating could go on the negatives.
Would not recommend anyone to go here, I went in because I was suicidal and seeking help, they charged me 5,000 in drug tests and another 5000 in who knows what else, oh and 3.30 for the ibuprofen I took because I had a headache from crying. They took all of my belongings away without explaining what was going on and left me to sit in an open room for everyone to see while they stared at me from the nurses box for 12 hours.
This is the only place I love coming too because I get to see my neurologist there every year. The staff are really great and they know how to make sure you don’t miss your scheduled appointment.
The staff couldn't have been better during my two nights here. Overly accommodating all the way. I really appreciated it.
