Thank you to the Menorah ER staff for making our experience so great! My son had to receive stitches under his chin last Tuesday due to a fall at the park. My husband took him and was very impressed with the customer service and making our son so comfortable. (no tears or pain for our 4 year old - yay!) A special thanks to Stacie Kelly for helping us!
I just had a back surgery at Menorah, From the moment I entered the building to when I left I met nothing but friendly , courteous and professional employees who were willing to go out of their way to help me, From the man from housekeeping that helped me find where I needed to go at 5am in the morning to all the staff of the PT, OT and all of the Nursing Staff on the 4th floor that helped me I want to say Thank You.
This is the worst hospital I have ever stepped foot in. I had a surgery there and the first night there was absolutely no pain control. I kept telling my nurse something was wrong, and she kept rolling her eyes and telling my family that nothing was wrong. I actually had a soft ball sized hematoma and was hemorrhaging. Ended up having to have 2 blood transfusions the next day. It was 1 week of pure hell. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy get medical treatment at this hospital. Just another HCA hospital! I had some good nurses but the representative's that came into my room to see how my experience was, well you know who you are....what an ass! They are discharging me with an additional problem
Love it. I just finished my chemo and was sad to say goodbye to the nurses. Over the last few months they have become like family. I start my radiation soon so i will still be at Menorah just in a different area. Love it!!!
Just had my 3rd back surgery at Menorah and as always the staff was amazing and attentive all my needs where met swiftly and the rooms where clean and well maintained I would definitely recommend Menorah to anyone for anything and would use their services again if needed
The staff was amazing and was always there to lend a hand. They helped calm me down before surgery and helped me get better right after surgery.
