The male nurses were very uncaring. The females on the second day were great. Thumbs up to the prep and recovery room. Especially Jose
Very good hospital when you have to be in one. I have been there three times this year.
Horrible rude staff that do not know how to handle real life situations. If it's not relaxed and quiet they won't know how to handle any real problem that requires attention. Terrible. If only the staff (pharmacy especially) were as decent as the doctors that treat here. I will NEVER return here.
The nurses are spectacular. The hospitalists are good as well. The rest of it? Not so much. Bureaucratic and slower than the government.

Watch out for this E.R. doctors will not persuade you to urgent care. Money sucking thieves, I was billed nearly 4k above the national ER visit average for a minor 45minute visit related to heart palpitations as a result of anxiety/panic attack. Their billing office will ignore you until you are handed to a collection agency. I have been to several E.R.s for far more serious events and never have been billed so much out of pocket. These thieves do not deserve 1 star. Happy Holidays and avoid this place at ALL cost.
Had a great experience here overall. My nurses gave me exceptional care. I was disappointed that my prescription glasses and myshoes were misplaced and no one could account for them even though they were placed in a hospital bag. Other than that, it was a good experience.
