Everyone from Dr Coffman, nurses, technicians and receptionists, are so nice and pleasant. Concerned about your comfort. Explained what would be going on while you were having the treatments.
Our 14 year old had to have hip surgery. We have had the BEST care! Kind of intimating to come from a rural community to a big city hospital, but everyone has been so kind and helpful! I would recommend Menorah to anyone!!
I have been going to kcim for abt 2 yrs an at first i really didnt like dr andrew green. However my regular dr recommended him and i trust her so i said maybe im not giving him a chance..his front desk staff is sooo nice they laugh at all my jokes an encourage me whn i tell thm dr green is mean to me lol..i have to say the man just wants the best for me and my last visit showed me how much he cares..he complimented me an was all smiles whn my hemoglobin a1c came back at the lowest its ever been and he got me to stop smoking ... read more
I had same day surgery 12-13-16 and everyone was wonderful. Check-in, pre-op, anesthesia, OR staff (who I don't remember except my nurse) to PACU. Dr McCloskey was great! I would highly recommend him for surgery! They put up with a hungry, cranky -delay of an hour before - nurse who wanted to eat! LOL! They were super!
Very nice hospital, and the staff there are wonderful, they make you feel like family.
Dr O'Brien is amazing! She thoroughly enjoys and takes pride in her work! She performed a difficult surgery on my 74-year-old mom. Then the doctor herself called me right afterwards to say it was a complete success and my mom did very well. Her enthusiasm was a pleasant surprise. The staff is truly caring and helpful! Highly recommend Menorah, we will never put up with another mediocre hospital around here again.
