My girlfriend was booked in to do the kayaking, unfortunately the postcode in the email wasn’t clear as the hewish watersports location doesn’t actually have a postcode that brings you directly there. Pretty wild they didn’t send clear direction in the email. She then went to the flagship site in Sanford where the staff were rude and snarky and told her to email their support team. Such a great place to camp even in the rain!
Kids always have a great time and our instructor during the air rifles was amazing, so engaging and helpful with kids. We’ll be back!
