The staff is friendly and helpful...quick service..we didnt have to wait long ...and dr Fontenot is extremely good with my boys
Such amazing personal care and service. They take their time to help and answer any questions. I never feel like they are in a hurry to move on to the next patient. Thank you to the entire team at Menard Eye Center.
Dr. Fontenot is awesome! Front office staff is not. They e-mailed glasses ready. Called from 2:00 p.m - 4:40 p.m Answering service started answering at 4:40 who assured they are there don’t close till 5:00. Door locked 4:53 No note nothing. Another occasion receptionist argued with me because they billed wrong company. My son has two insurance that I provided but it was my fault they billed it wrong. The office customer service has changed and not for the better.
Everyone there are so friendly and helpful! Dr. Menard is very thorough and knowledgeable and he cares!
By far the nicest and most caring staff I have ever meet! They most defiantly have 4 new patients from me!
Amazing staff and doctors!!!!!! My children and self use Menard's and would not change!!!
