RecommendedLOVE Menard Eye Center so very much! Dr. Menard is very thorough. The staff is very welcoming. We had a house fire and my 6 yr old lost her glasses. Our vision insurance told me they would not cover another pair. After talking to one of the awesome ladies- they made it happen! I received a phone call the next day saying insurance would cover her a new pair and it would not effect her routine pair the following year! These ladies go above and beyond for their patients!
I have always had a great experience with Dr Menard and his staff. They are all friendly and pleasant to work with. I wear contacts and have trouble putting in. So, every 30 days I go in and they take out old and put in new ones. My husband and I usually go together for our appointments. It's always pleasant.
Great doctor and very friendly staff
While the doctor maybe a good doctor the office staff is horrible. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to schedule family member appointments on the same day. Went to make an appointment for my husband, 2 kids and myself and they said that we couldn’t have our appointments on the same day that they could only schedule 2 on the same day and 2 on another day.
Excellent care and assistance for my 3 year old son and super nice staff!
I like Dr. Fontenot the past few times I have been, however their office practices are terrible. I have tried for 4 weeks now to make an appointment. Always got the answering service even during business hours, took messages and never got a return call. Finally got a person and told them I needed to make an appointment and was told we are booked until January. Super friendly staff and the dr is cool!!! He’s awesome. Was very helpful and even helped me pick out frames for my glasses!!!
